Hi, I'm Chris, a dad, storyteller, and the founder of My Dad Reads
This little idea was born from a big feeling: the joy of reading bedtime stories with my daughter Isla. Those quiet, giggly, magical moments just before sleep where imagination takes hold and dads can become heroes - they're more than stories. They're memories.
But life gets busy. As a parent, I know how hard it can be to slow down and find the right words at the end of a long day.
That's why I created My Dad Reads, to make it easy and fun for dads everywhere to connect with their kids through meaningful, imaginative stories, even if you don't consider yourself much of a reader.
Each week, we send a brand new themed story that you can personalise and make your own. They're simple, sweet, and designed to help you create special moments with your kids. Best of all, they always feature dads like you - curious, clumsy, kind, brave, and everything in between.
